I have the beginning of a direct sequel mapped out (tentatively “Molding The Morelli”), and two related books with different casts (tentatively “Hitting Bottom” and “Ressurrection”), both of which are reacting to different situations that embassies from The Empire of Humanity encounter.
But the main focus of my effort right now is book three of Gates to Faerie, provisionally titled “Unexpected Inheritance”. This time Mark and likely Julie will be doing at least some exploration of the world on the other side of the Gates. Day job has been eating my energy, so I’m not as far into writing the book as I would like.
I do have ideas for a next-generation series (Alexan and Petra’s children, along with Edvard and Veronia’s), called “Princes Of Treemount”. I have at least two novels I’ve been playing with there. I also have an idea for an entirely new fantasy setting.
So have no fear, I have story ideas to keep me writing for however long I’ve got left.
